ERTC Rebate Eligibility Small Business Tax Credit Form Launched

Using the recently launched eligibility test, employers can find out if they qualify for Employee Retention Tax Credits (ERTC) for wages paid to employees in 2020 and 2021. The ERTC program was first created in 2020, but changes to the CARES Act in 2021 expanded the eligibility and also increased the amount employers can claim.

The recently launched eligibility quiz includes all the updated regulations and requirements from amendments made with the Consolidated Appropriations Act. Employers who have already received funds through the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) may still be eligible for tax credits, as well as non-profit organizations, new businesses, and start-ups.

The eligibility quiz is available to all employers with no cost and no obligation and can be completed in 1 – 2 minutes. It requires no proprietary business information, and eligible employers may then proceed with a claim if they wish, after receiving their results.

ERTC Tax Credit 2022 has partnered with a leading CPA firm to offer a 15 Minute Refund program that is not available anywhere else. The entire process, including completing the paperwork, uploading documents, and getting pre-qualified for a rebate, can be finished in 15 minutes or less.

Changes in the CARES Act mean that any business with 500 or fewer full-time employees on average may be eligible for tax credits. The maximum claim amount has also increased, allowing business owners to claim up to $26,000 per employee.

All clients will receive audit-proof documentation along with their claim, and help to file the completed paperwork. There are no up-front fees to apply, and any business that does not qualify for a rebate will not be charged.

Recent satisfied clients include a non-profit organization that received a rebate for $359,923 and a single location steakhouse that made a successful claim for $213,029. They have also worked with larger companies, including a nutrition products US distributor, that received a rebate for $1,152,330.
